8. Transfer of ownership - The goods belong to us untill we have received payment in cleared funds, but your are responsible for their safekeeping from the time when they are delivered to you. You msut return them or allow us to repossess then if your payment is dishonoured.
9. Your right to cancel - You have the satutory right to a cooling off period untill the 7th working day after the day you recieve the goods, during which you may cancel the contract. This does not apply to goods which have been made to your specifications (e.g personalized or bespoke clocks). Once an order has been placed, for these terms of contract cannot be canceled. You must give us notice of cancellation in writing and take resonable care of the goods before they are returned.
10. Errors or misdescriptions - Occasionally errors can occur in descriptions or pricing of products, especially on a website. We therefore reserve the right where there has been an obvious error to cancel the contract by written notice or email to you. We will refund any payment you have made in full.
11. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
13. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
